   New Youth Sailing School

 

Do you have Children, Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews who may be interested in learning to sail?

 

Eligible student ages are from 8 to 16 years of age. No prior sailing experience or knowledge is necessary, but swimming skills are required.  Evidence of swimming ability can be a Red Cross certificate or written evidence of participation & capability from a school or club swimming team; lacking that there will be a “swim test” at the Cambridge YMCA.

 

 There will be Three - two week, full day sessions:

 

     Exact dates for 2012 Classes are to be determined

      

Tuitions per student:

For the first two week enrollment:  CYC members*:    $300.00/ two weeks

                                                             Non Members:      $350.00/ two weeks

Additional two week sessions:        CYC Members       $300.00/two weeks 

                                                   Non-Members       $300.00/two weeks

Scholarships

Thanks to donations of several club members we will be able to offer some two week tuition paid scholarships. The Cambridge YMCA will be screening and selecting the recipients.
