Application Process

Each applicant for membership must complete an application for membership form and have 4 current members in good standing sponsor him/her.  The complete application form, together with the appropriate initiation fee is to be returned to the Secretary of the Club.

Membership Process

After the application and initiation fee has been returned to the Club, it is passed on to the Membership Chairman who will read the names of the applicants at the next Board of Governors meeting.  Each applicant must then meet with a member of the Membership Committee for a personal interview.  After the interview is complete, the Board of Governors will vote on the acceptance of the applicant at the next Board meeting.  The Board normally meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.

 Dues

A pro-rated bill for the remainder of the quarter will be sent to the new member once the membership process is complete.  It is payable within thirty (30) days.  New members have the option of paying the remainder of the calendar years dues in-full at the receipt of the initial billing, if desired.  Subsequently, annual dues are billed and payable in-full in January of each year, or may be paid quarterly.   Dues are not refundable in the event that a Member chooses to resign membership; likewise, if dues are being paid quarterly and a Member chooses to resign, dues for the remaining quarters of the year are payable in order to resign as a Member in good standing.

Non-Member Visits Limitation

Any member is entitled to bring non-member guests to the Club.  However, visits are limited to 4 in any calendar year.  This includes spouses and the family of an Individual Member and children who are not Junior Members.
