I have some news and updates for our membership, and plan to be here on the website regularly to keep you up to speed on things here. For now, just a couple of quick notes.
Please note that the Pig Roast scheduled for August 14th has been postponed. We thought to combine it with an end of the summer bash, and with luck we'll have weather that's a little less....intense.
On another note, we've had a major change in our kitchen. Bishop (of many many years) is no longer here, and we've hired someone who I believe is going to bring wonderful changes, improvements, variety and professionalism to the club. We also have, on staff now, Holly Evans our newest bartender and pastry chef. Beginning next week we'll feature a special dessert menu featuring her work. Creme Brule` in several flavors as a teaser....
Now that I've figured out how to post things here, I'll be doing it often. A few more days to get life a little better organized here, and I should have the time....
